Water damage in Bernalillo rarely waits for a convenient hour, and neither does our dispatch line. We built our Bernalillo dispatch around speed, because every extra hour of standing water costs more to repair.
Plenty of Bernalillo families have dialed a big national number and waited through hold music before a random contractor showed up hours later, and Hirex Water Damage exists specifically to fix that pattern. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Each senior tech on our Bernalillo roster is IICRC-certified and has handled everything from a clean supply-line break to a full Category 3 sewage loss, which is why Water Removal in Bernalillo is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. You're protected from the moment our truck reaches your Bernalillo address, thanks to full coverage and proper Bernalillo, NM licensing.
Because our gear is staged locally rather than shipped in, Bernalillo response times run well ahead of a typical national franchise.
Talk to a Bernalillo landlord who's lived through a burst supply line at 3am and they'll confirm that response speed, not just skill, determines how much a job ends up costing. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
Our Bernalillo technicians go through regular continuing education, because a method that was standard five years ago may not be the best option today.
Not every water problem looks dramatic — some of the costliest Bernalillo repairs began as a barely-noticeable issue. Here's what tells our team a Bernalillo property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Bernalillo line and we'll give you a straight answer on urgency.
Whether it's a small residential leak or a large commercial loss, our Bernalillo teams size the crew and equipment to fit. Each item on this list corresponds to an actual step in our process, not a generic label.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors built to clear a flooded Bernalillo room before water soaks deeper into the subfloor. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We calculate drying needs using humidity and temperature data rather than guessing at equipment placement, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
For Bernalillo homeowners, that means flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything salvageable, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
For commercial Bernalillo accounts, we assign a lead, run crews outside normal hours to limit downtime, and size equipment to the actual footprint — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Bernalillo crews are trained for that exact protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Bernalillo crews apply antimicrobial treatment and will tell you plainly if a section needs specialist attention.
Every Bernalillo estimate is written and explained up front — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Response times in Bernalillo usually beat the industry average by a wide margin thanks to local equipment.
We photograph and log every step so your Bernalillo claim moves faster and you're not arguing with an insurer alone.
We don't call a Bernalillo job finished until the meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Our Bernalillo team asks just enough to send the right-sized crew, not a generic single technician every time.
A licensed technician heads to your Bernalillo address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Extraction happens right away, with drying equipment placed only after moisture mapping is complete.
We don't close the Bernalillo file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, with full photo and moisture documentation in hand.
Every Bernalillo job closes based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say so. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact guarantee printed on your Bernalillo paperwork, not only spoken over the phone. If a follow-up visit is ever needed, we send a technician familiar with the original job whenever scheduling allows, so you're not re-explaining the situation to someone new.
We built this guarantee because Bernalillo property owners deserve more than a verbal assurance that a job is done — they deserve proof.
